Hiya guys!

I'm just wondering how you all are, and just to update you guys on stuff going on in my life... At least, for mut and dragon, since I'm going out with cha, ade, and nie quite often. So often, I have seemed to ignore my other friends (from Josh's side, you know, galvin, mervyn, etc), and friends from school.

But anyway, I'm not that close to anyone in school. I'm still very much gaurded. It might change when ade comes and studies in TP, but I dunno. Also, there's this awful person who positively hates me. And I dunno why. I mean, if a person knows me and hates me, I think that's okay. But he doesn't even know me. Whatever, right? I won't waste my time on judgemental people like that.

Also another thing is my mom and I got into this really big row about moving to Bukit Timah. I would add a whole string of vulgarities, but now I seriously cannot be bothered.

Josh and I are arguing everyday, or something to that extent. We make up in the end, but... I dunno, life is like a soap opera for me now lol. Of course, that means that there's always something going on in my life.

Work's been quite terrible for me. Next week is preliminary submission week, and two weeks later is final submission week. Then it's christmas! :D I have no time to get Christmas presents, I tell you. Even less time to make. I was thinking of making... It will have to wait until your birthdays, I'm sorry.

Now, let me die from the lack of sleep, and the overload of work.

Let's do an E-ZINE.

E-MAGAZINE.

E-ZINE. Basically a magazine online. Simple enough to grasp? I've been surfing and I found some pretty cool zines, that are mostly in USA, and what they can have is basically boundless... Stories about yourself, essays, photographs, poetry, drawings, comics, whatever shite, etc. Recipes, tips (beauty, whatever, on art/photog, etc)

See cause y'know, TFS is such a L337 bunch, we should have a TFS E-ZINE LIEK WHOAAAAAAAAA.

You see... I'd really like for the zine to be on paper, and people pay like a few bucks for one issue. But that is what happens in the States, where people can send well-concealed small amounts of cash through the mail. Not so sure about our post office, but I should try to send 2 dollars to Ade and see if she receives it, non?

Well, if it is a printed zine, then we can get monies and stoof and people can show their friends and we will have a following of teh fellow sheep. If it's an e-zine, mut can put her music up, and stuff, and pictures in color... but no money sorry. HAHA.

Hello everyone, I am here again to grace this blog. Today, as in later, we will be watching Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. This is an exciting event as Harry Potter movies only happen once in two years, which is quite a long time. The next movie would be when we are nineteen, or even later, since the fifth book is quite long.

Imagine us being twenty one, and giggling and all that into cinemas and gawking at the actors.

Do you feel any more mature than what you have been in sec two? I don't feel any different. Sure, I learnt some new things (like relationships aren't all that good), but I don't think I've "matured".

What defines "maturity" anyway? You could be the most serious person on earth, and have a spastic childish mentality, or you could be the most siao person on earth and have a very high level of thinking. Is that possible?

Why do people get so defensive?

I don't know. I think I need sleep. Yes. And I totally deviated from what I started out as. Jolly good then. It's just... You know. Yeah. I think you do.

I've been busy, lots, with nu kickass pc which handles nearly everything I throw at it and roars like a tiger; it's a noisy machine with 4 fans on at the same time.

And er.

School has started with 3D and 2D animation, storyboarding, art direction, life drawing and such things, I can feel the stress starting up all over again. I just found out that drawing animals is much much harder than I first thought. Sure, I can manage a stylised animal but when it comes down to the real thing... I suck.

And er.

Have tix to a 3D workshop by a Pixar guy, sponsered?by 3Dsense media school and frankly I won't be surprised if I'm the youngest participant and the blurrest one too. I'm up to my ears in drawing, not from assignments but from desire to improve and draw better and... the usual horrible high expectations are kicking in again.

Speaking of dancing...
Just came back from Home Club.
Cuz a couple of my seniors were being outside DJs for the first time.

You guys must be thinking, "Clubbing so what? very great meh?"

Indeed, clubbing has been overrated, especially by pretentious ACJC/CJC people, who club and actively publicise the fact that they club (there's a Friendster group for JC clubbers. WTF?!) . But believe me, what I want to emphasise on is the music, not the scantily-clad women and whipped cream and all that shit.

The experience was fantastic.
You have the massive subwoofers booming to the dance floor,
with every beat causing every part of your body to thump with it, from your toes to your head;
even your heart starts to vibrate (dont worry, it doesn't actually HARM you, just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy).

And the thing about the dancing no one gets really malu,
like they say "Dance like no one's watching". Just let yourself loose.

People either ignore you, or join you.
They never laugh at you, unless they're retarded bafoons.
You can do stupid things like stand in a row and start dancing Great Singapore workout with trance and yet, there are people who join in, hahah.

Dunno la, I just CAN'T dance to RnB.
1) I dislike RnB
2) BPM is too slow
3) You can do monotonous stuff for the whole damn song, whereas for Trance/Progressive House, there are breakdowns. When there are breakdowns, there are climaxes. When there are climaxes, there is variation. That's when you really shouldn't care what people think of you because that's THE part to really let go.

Dancing is NOT meant to be the reason for grinding/showing off your thong while shaking your booty in some really short skirt, which can result to erected penises OR throbbing clitorises.

Dancing is an expression of enjoyment of the music.

Despite the long wait,
I'm STILL the first one to post pix from that day ahha...

I'm kinda busy, which explains the long wait.
But CHIPPI CHIPPI HEY! At least I posted =p

I've got 3 beeg projects that's why.

1) collaberation with MovingVisuals,
to come up with 3 hours of tech house music for a
channel 5 series featuring Singapore's clubbing scene.

2) as part of a local charity project, MigrantVoices,
to record down the voices of foreign ppl working
in Singapore. Recording - easy word but damn tedious.
Gotta balance, EQ, and arrange.

3) More recording yet. To compile a CD with
ALL the music CCAs in my school, like band play one song,
strings ensemble play one song etc... ..

4) On TOP of that, I've self-commitments to produce some
funky trance music =)

So yeah, I'm REALLY busy.
The rest of the time is reserved for my baby,
try to understand that we hardly have time for each other...
at least we can try to make it for every tfs outing =)

It has been a most hectic and should I say, awful three weeks of work, stress, late nights with no sleep, blood, sweat and tears. And I am most deeply annoyed that it hasn't come to an end yet. They're not done with us.

Studio project has begun; subject given being a pot bellied pig. So I went to the zoo and looked at the stupid porcine thing which rumbled and snorted and was utterly uninteresting. But I did manage some nice pictures of them. The white tigers, now those were something else altogether. XD

Anyhow, much work. Stuff due tomorrow which I haven't done. And I need to go down to Raffles Place to study the area, part of studio project. God I can't wait for the hols. Ohmigawd. Portfolio. @_@

WELL let's get on with what happened today at an 'outing'! Present: Lix, Mut and I!

I met up with Lix first, and we went to Art Friend, where we are joined by Mut ^_^

Well, got what I needed, and we headed for DINNER! UDON-BO! The one Ade and I ate the other time! Bahaha, so what we did was da-bao the food, and head off to the fountain to eat. It was filthy, but fun. We managed to get the corner-ish seats.

As you can see, Mut is very enthusiastic about her food.

Our hang-out for the evening was outside a suspicious room called... the Cascade Pump Room.... Hmm... *shifty eyes*

Our very own indoor picnic.. I dropped one of my chopsticks, and silly Lix gave me one of hers, picked up the one on the ground and started to eat using that. Lix... I just want to tell you how loved I feel then *hearts* and of course, how disgusted. Do you know how many bacteria I can *goes on and on* AhHH *loves on* But please do not do that again :(

I told you Mut was enthusiastic with her dinner. Her hands and mouth are moving too fast for my camera..

After dinner! Mut poses like the sign on her right, but the reflection killed the stick figure in the picture, so I drew it on with my ever-powerful pencil tool. You can see that she is actually halfway accurate. Lix is in love with my French script.

Mut exhibits desire for a good camera-lens lick. Um, I mean, she has a lot of faces, yeah. That's what.

No more pictures.. but we went down an upward-escalator at Wisma Atria soon after, and it was crazy and in full-view of everyone who happened to be around the front of the shopping centre. We then proceeded to march our way to HMV in Heeren, where we lingered for a rather long time.

Mut subsequently leaves us outside CK Tangs :(:(:(, and the two-man team consisting of Lix and Nie trudge on to our final battlefied!!- Borders!!!!

Yayyyyyy.

And then we went home. :(

AMERICAN MONKEY!!!!!! I have to rush for class now but I just wanna say that I HEART YOU!!! Yup I am so glad that we talked to each other in Sec4 and that had made last year one of the best times of my life. I really really miss going crazy with you in class...the people in NJ are too sober for my liking. I'll write more later...gotta go change out of my PE gear and kill some braincells in Lit.

I'm going through a rough patch right now. The talent development shit programme has been cancelled due to some unforseen circumstances and thus we have to rush to catch up with our peers because they took modules which we did not take. We have 3 weeks to catch up and with all the assignments they've given us, it's one big rush.

Stupid programme. The only thing I can be thankful about is the two Sheridan lecturers we had because they were great fun to be with and Brian especially who knew what he was doing when he taught us perspective even when I didn't catch on to it very well.

All the stress has put me through awful mood swings so I'm balancing between being horribly snappish and deliriously happy. I miss my fluffykins muchly but he's also busy preparing his portfolio for Uni entrance.

I'm not free for any frivilous(sp?) activity right now because there's simply too much to do. And by the time the hols come I will either want to rest and do nothing and work on my drawings and attempt to get better at them before the month is over.

sigh... my grades aren't improving as much as i hope for, either. so i'm sorry in advanced, for any unreasonable bitchy things coming from me.

I am still alive, in case any of you are wondering, but I am up to my ears in shit and work which I don't know how to do a decent job with. It's terrible horrible and completely vegetable and makes me wonder why I'm in this course and not in Mass Comm, playing with words and weaving tapestries with them.

No, I HAD to work my ass off to get into this course. -_-

Anyways, the official break week has come to an end, which was supposed to comprise of the special course, lets call it TDP, shall we? Supposed to have TDP class and no normal module classes. Next week, it's no TDP class but there are normal module lessons. What kind of break is this exactly? Granted this week, our supposed TDP lessons didn't take place because the director, lets call him YT, doesn't come for most of our sessions. It's most annoying and is a waste of my time.

Did I mention I suck at most of the things I'm supposed to be doing here? I like painting but I can't paint. I like drawing but I can't draw. I... would like perspective if I could do it well enough. And hell my storyboards are like shit. I can't do camera angles to save my sorry arse because for some strange reason, I've got the image in my head but transfering it onto paper is another matter.

Sometimes I wish I could trade my writing ability for being able to draw the way I am able to write. Then I think, what is the use drawing, if there is nothing deeper to it? Then it's just a picture and nothing more. No, I think I'll keep to word weaving. It has a magic of its own.

Since this blog is less updated than my other one (I think due to the lack of exicting things happening in our lives... or in the case of Ade and Drag, no time. Maybe Nie too, since term tests should be round the corner).

Temasek Poly first year design students are doing a pretty big project concerning the Chingay 2006 (oh btw, I happened to noticed everything is planned one year in advanced. The NDP 2006 logo competition is ending soon... Saw the poster the other day). We are to paint a 0.4x0.4x0.4 cube with the theme "parade of dreams". We have to pay for the box itself, which costs $15. It would be put along the path of the parade, suspended on poles... Our assignment brief says that it'll be some sort of furniture... but I can't really see furniture suspended on poles.

Oh well. I just thought it'll be damn cool for us to display our works in public... The school says that it'll buy some of the works to display in school too, after the Chingay. I hope that they don't buy mine, though I doubt I'm good enough for them to consider buying mine... But, I'd like the keep the cube as a memory. :)

Dragon is dying

As the title suggests, I AM dying. There's just too much work and too high an expectation we have to fulfill and I'm afraid I simply don't have the skillset available at the moment to be able to cope sufficiently.

I can't stand my parents. I just brought up this portfolio thing which is due tomorrow and complained about the standard and the fact that there was no time to be able to produce such a good piece of work and then they're like," We don't see you drawing. You're always surfing the net."

It's enough to make you want to cough blood. Don't see you drawing does not equate to not drawing. And bloody damn well yes I surf the net. That's what I do in between drawings.

I'm too upset to continue drawing, but that kind of mindset is unacceptable in an animator's world, if the client wants it tomorrow, he wants it tomorrow. Who cares if your mother died, your cat is sick, the car isn't working, there's a blackout. It doesn't matter but that piece of work better jolly well reach the client tomorrow or that's the end of you and and you career.

I shall get back to it... when I recover.

heya all! the blog has become stagnant once again! dum, dum dum!!!

updates on my side: since the holiday week is near approaching, lecturers are piling us with projects to do, all due right after holiday week. sad case huh? but it's all really fun. better than the usual cut and paste homework we have. we're actually designing something! yay!

my mother has been hospitalised for urine infection spreading to the kidney, it's been a couple of days already, and she's getting better. i mean, if she can scold me and my father for bringing her wrong panties, she's ok right? lol. then she dun want to eat the hospital food even though it's very nice (i ate it instead) and she had wanton noodles. my mother's so cute. she should be discharged soon. like tmr or day after.

actually, the doctors kept her for observation. they observe observe, but cannot conclude anything.

i want to watch fantastic four!! and i STILL haven't watch madagascar yet. :( :(

Ahahaha I just realised my course nothing like NYP's or TP's design courses ahh.. mine's more to the media side, making use of our own talents and ideas.. so stuff like learning perspective and basic colour matching is like, DIY? ahahah...weee EVERYTHING's DIY at my school anyways ahahh..

Anyways, for now, I'm concentrating on music, both creating and mixing.. apparently, we are thinking of making use of people who already have musical backgrounds to come up with a short sequence... so we have like trumpet collabarating with flute and guitar and keyboard and drums and vocals and OF COURSE TURNTABLES. cool shizz.

The "beng techno" which all hate so much (well maybe except dragon and me, but it's starting to get annoying) is EURODANCE, NOT techno. EURODANCE is a SUBCATEGORY of techno. So next time ur friends say "EEE TECHNO SO BENG", tell em "it's EURODANCE, NOT TECHNO!!!"

Once I have the time, I promise I'll do something about the layout.. after which u guys can criticise/slam/insult the layout.

Talk about stress, this talent development program sure ain't kidding about it. I've got more work than I know what to do with and not enough time to do it all. I'm not pissed about the amount of work, I'm pissed because there ain't enough time to do it all and do it well. Also there isn't any time for me to practice and practice is vital if I'm going to get any better and produce good work.

Most current piece of homework involves perspective which I'm not too good at. I have to do a scene from Starwars: Revenge of the Sith. It was the best I could pick amongs the others which were stuff like Ghost in a Shell and Metal Gear Solid. All pretty but all not easy to do.

Night classes are gonna start soon and I really don't know where I'm going to find the time to do assignments, normal module assignments, redo paintings and practice my own stuff. Can't stand it. -_-

In other news, my senior has said (to my friend) that "Ade's a cool girl" and "I wouldn't mind going out with her". OMG Squeeeeeeee! The only thing is that he's a devout christian, and I'm an atheist. Dang. I wish people would forget about race, religion and even gender, and just care for each other because of who we are inside. It'd be much easier to find your soulmate this way, wouldn't it? To look at the 'soul' of a person, past the shell of the human body, because it's only our souls which last forever while our bodies decay and turn to dust.

Yeah, I dunno what to do about the religion thing, because I don't want us to have conflicts or force each other into something we don't believe in. As long as he doesn't try to convert me, I won't say anything about his religion. Yeah, but we'll see how things go.

Right now, I have 3 friends 'helping' me to hint to him. He must he overwhelmed with all the attention lol. Apparently my friends are desperate for action and they find my distress very amusing. Sigh. I don't know whether to whack all of them into nothingness or to glomp them and squeal. Hahaha.

I'm still trying not to fall in love too soon, but I really hope something good comes out of this. =] I'm not in love....yet.

Regarding the outing

We didn't exactly 'elect' anyone to be in-charge of this outing.. I suppose we all forgot. So we just have to do it together or forget about it.

Also, the entire sheesha fiasco is not about daring to do it or not, because sheesha is harmful. Perhaps it is at a negligible level, but it is harmful nonetheless, and people have the right to be concerned and may not want to try something that is bound to harm them. Sheesha contains tobacco, but again, perhaps again, only at a very negligible level, but it is there, all right?

We rarely are online at once, and I don't talk to any of you guys on the phone, so the outing is for everyone to gather and just unwind, talk, sip coffee and just enjoy each other's company, and maybe look at something interesting, do something interactive, or if there isn't anything to do, just yeah sit and eat and talk.

Anyway, since Ade is bogged down by her CAs, Dragon is too busy, we might as well call off this month's outing. Anyone who was to go out, go ahead, but yeah, not an everyone-there-affair.

So far I can only find in Arab street (near the CreativeBits studio), 13 bucks per session, each session depends on how fast u smoke aka the remaining quantity of the shisha (shisha is the flavoured liquid in the hookah). U can rent a small cozy room and smoke and it's super nice. I made a friend quit cigarettes for shisha.

Another badass decision... to quit volleyball and join Electronic Music Production or to stick to volleyball...

EMP is super happening loh, like clubbing stuff + AVA stuff..
Like seniors + some happening juniors will just go clubbing together after CCA..
During EMP orientation, we were all in this room, with ALL speaker setups and trance, hiphop rnb booming away.. like u can't stand still? They play stuff like from Groove Armada's "I See You Baby" to "The book is on the table" or even some silly Starwars remix, but they scratch it so well that the silly songs sound quite cool after all.

AND I'M THIS CLUBBING VIRGIN!

I'm gonna learn all the AV stuff in first 6 months, then DJing stuff like scratching, turntabling, stuff like that =)

Sorry for being stagnant! I've just had..so much on my mind that there's been no time to get anything done at all. Even though it's holiday time now for me, I can't take a break at all because Commom Tests are coming up. They're on the first week of next term! Right after school reopens! Oh God.

Anyway, I'm starting on a new painting..for the UOB Painting Of The Year Competition. It's on how happiness never lasts.. as it fades away and we try our best to sustain that feeling, so much spritual energy is used up and we end up feeling hollow and disappointed with ourselves. I know..it's another depressing and cynical piece, but painting something happy and cheerful seems fake when I know I'll never be able to keep the cheerfulness up for that long anyway. All I can say is that this piece will be much more personal and symbolic than the war-thing I did for the olevels. And can you imagine, I have only until the 9th of July to complete it. That's like just barely a month, and my canvas is 1m by 1.5m large. I think artists are all sadistic souls who take joy in killing themselves while trying to attain the unattainable. Or maybe it's just me. Haha.

The depression I experienced at the beginning of the year is almost gone now, cuz I've found 2 really great people from AEP and they're the ones whom I'm closest to in NJC. It's almost like being back with you guys again, except that they're not you, and will never replace you. As for the guys, well I'm ignoring the guys in my class because they don't talk, bullying the AEP guys because they're so gay, and flirting shamelessly with my drama guys 'cuz they're all so pretty. It's all just for fun anyway, and I don't much care for guys.

Watched Madagascar today. Was entertaining, and thus filled the first bit of criteria for a good animation. @_@ Been paying too much attention in class, I'm suddenly becoming critical of everything I see around me and I find myself looking at scenery much longer than I used to.

I'm starting to really hate gouache. It's a nice paint to use but making special effects with it is @#%&!. Latest assigmment was to paint a jungle by moonlight using black and white. It looks odd to me, really and I won't say I'm proud of it. I don't want to redo it not because I'm lazy but because I can't think of how I can improve on it. I'm not terribly wonderful with backgrounds. T_T

Have written assignments too and well, one of them was like comprehension so it was kinda lame. But whatever it is, this course despite the less assignments and all, is not an easy one. We end late everyday and produce art everyday. Soon, if not already, we'll all be eating, sleeping, drinking, breathing art all over the place.

I wonder sometimes, if I'm pushing myself too hard. We all strive towards perfection, but there comes a point where we have to stop and accept what we have managed to achieve. Otherwise nothing will get finished. I guess this is something I have to learn. And also perhaps, to have a little more faith in myself.

I don't think they picked people for this course without knowing what they were doing. I think.

And I have a problem with Physical Chemistry because it deals with Physics! AHHHH WTF. Feel so sad... but since I chose this course, I will have to stick with it. Will probably choose Pharmaceutical track since it deals more with medicine. I wish Singapore had a major course for Biology. Blargh.

mmm... it seems like this has been stangnant for a couple of days. it's like everyone has disappeared off the face of the earth. that's not really a good thing.
i really really want to watch three movies. 1. MADagasCAR 2. Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy 3. Mr and Mrs Smith. i don't think any of you are remotely free to watch with me yah? i'd rather watch on weekdays, friday be best. i'm pretty free on this coming tuesday too, since my lecturer would not be around and therefore i have no school.

i know, the former two has gotten pretty lousy reviews, but hey, i'm easily amused.

mine: boring. besides getting my slr camera (which btw impressed my lecturer, i didn't know it was such a good cam until he said so), going for a photography exhibition at the art house, nothing remotely fun happened.

The show got off with a good start, but it's kind of draggy when i comes to those typical kids' animation heartwarming stuff + the bickering. it's not PARTICULARLY funny, in fact, i reckon, Incredibles was MUCH MUCH better. Given the length of this film (1.5 hours), it's obviously targeted to the much younger audience like primary school kids, no one older, unless you're easily amused.

However, don't be too quick on avoiding this show. You have to watch it to judge it. The characters are cute and original, no doubt. It's a Dreamworks film after all. Overall, the animation was splendid. I especially loved Alex's mane fluttering in the wind, every single strand was animated in detail.

The ending's anti-climax, but i would say, it's a show worth to be watched aT HOME. not at the cinema.

I found something interesting by chance, and it involves dolls.

Barbie dolls, unfortunately, not Blythe :( . It's an exhibition at the Singapore History Museum, called the 'Doll Me Up! Bridal Fashion Miniature'. The place is at Clarke Quay (opens at 9am on Sat)... I believe that was where we went to when we went to view the Peranakan-type inspired wedding dresses previously (with Lix, Ade, Annice and Alvin, I believe? Did Mut go? Eh, cannot remember, sorry), but I'm not too sure. It features dolls wearing local designers' creations, as well as outfits fromthe open categories.

Anyway, Mut also suggested a fish farm in Lim Chu Kang... no idea how to get there as well... But we'll see if anyone wants to go there?

Thoughts/who's going? Everyone's invited, of course, so interested parties do comment with a suggestion of time/meeting place/clear specification on whether you want to go to the exhibit or the fish farm or both. PS: Lix, ask Joshua if he wants to come as well.

I finally watched Starwars Epi III. Shall not put any spoilers here, but I thought the opening was really something. Go and watch, if anything just for the sake of finishing the Starwars saga.

One more week to the start of school and I only just realised half a year is almost over. Kind of scary how time goes past when you're not particularly busy. Also realised that based on my 1337 timetable, I will hardly have any of my meals at home except breakfast. A 12-9pm schedule would mean dinner everyday in school. >_<

I had been receivings smses from some random person and I didn't bother to find out who it was until an sms came along one day asking if I was free for a movie on Friday. I decided to find out this person's name and well, found out it was one of the guys, a cat high guy in my module group. Apparently he was asking around as to who was interested in watching Madagascar on Friday.

My mom's only worry is that if I go, it turns out that none of the others came and I'm stuck with him. Not a very pleasant thought at this stage. And frankly I'm quite busy. Have a "date" with Orion some time next week.

Gah! Can't decide whether I should be excited about going to school or not. This whole IC thing gets more and more intimidating as the date to school starting draws nearer. Only hope I'm up to it; the teachers in St. Nicks seem to think so. -_-;;

Anyway... Was actually thinking of planning something ArtsFest related.. BUT. Everything need to pay la.. and visual arts exhibitions only up on 1 June onwards. Hohoho. It is not now that we realise that there is nothing exciting to do in Singapore (without having to pay your ass off). Also, we don't have duck ponds where we can feed ducks and be merry and not melt to death under the sun.

I would suggest a trip to the zoo, but the weather hasn't been very good lately, and not to mention the place would be crawling with kiddies with the up-and-coming sKool holidays. T_T

I played basketball in school today. (: I think I'm joining the team..even though I need to learn more stuff and be AGGRESSIVE. My friend and I were playing with our art seniors and some other guys during lunch, and I was like chillin' in the background 'cuz I don't really know how to play match, and the noise and activity of it all just kind of overwhelmed me. Then, this guy whom I didn't even know just pointed to me and asked his friend, "Eh this za boh from where one ah?" OMG I felt like slapping him! So rude. Sheesh. It made me feel useless and insignificant and really really annoyed. Yeah thanks alot dude.But after that, all the random people left and the AEP people (Me, Aini, Yue Han and Jun Yi) were left in peace. I actually played well, and didn't feel so irritated anymore.

I mean, it's alright if you're noisy and smelly (because human males are naturally like that), but being an uncouth jerk to a stranger just crosses the line. I shall remember his face and voice and put him on my hate list.

NJC's Drama Fest is next Friday! 7pm, LT1, tix are $5 each. Come down and support me!!! I'll be doing backstage and make-up, so you won't see much of me, but the plays are good and I DESIGNED THE POSTERS OMGGG. Tell me if you guys wanna come down, and I'll arrange for my duties to be as little as possible so that I can sneak into the audience. :D

By the way, I'm staying on in NJ. NAFA's enrolment is over, and I think getting the next one-and-a-half years over and done with is a much faster route to the university I want. Be happy in Poly y'all! 'Cuz I'll do my best to be happy in NJ. (:

Coach just told me to quit all other CCAs and concentrate on volleyball cuz he told me and another girl that we've potential to get into volleyball school team AYAYAYA!!

But I don't wanna quit ANY of my CCAs =(

Oh I did a short 30-second animation for Generator's opening. Don't expect too much of it... I did it in one day...
WHO AM I

It's basically a day of my life in school... which is not true, but just for the fun of animating skeletons =) The only new skill I've tried is the frame-by-frame skinning, which is well, erasing frame by frame LOL.

Basically, lessons start at 830, First Meeting Template, where the fac gives us the problem statement, and we list out What we know, What we don't know, and What we wanna find out.

Then there's 1st breakout, complete the FMT, and start doing research on the problem statement. It's one hour, can go out and eat also.

Then 2nd meeting, fac visits us group by group to check on progress. The fac NEVER gives us answers, yet gives hints to LEAD us to the answer, which is ultimate leetness. One hour.

3rd breakout, which is 2.5 hours, is lunch + work. This time we finish up the problem solution with the help of the FMT, usually in PPT/Excel format (unless you're a rebel like me who uses flash sometimes). And lunch. Canteen food sux, which is why we've MCDONALDS delivery specially to our school everyday, but of course we don't eat that crap everyday... the Mcdonald's garden restuarant is just one straight road from our btw (opp River Valley High). COOLNESS.

OR we could walk opposite to Polar at Mobil station and get chicken pies.

Then 3rd meeting is presentation time. ultra stress but we have fun questioning and understanding modules better =)

School ends at 4pm. Usually it's CS time unless I've CCA =)

I love my classmates.
LOL oh yah, just next door, there was a fight. Childish fight between two guys over trival matters like stepping on his foot without apologising.. the "Peacemaker" was the only one who has blood... kena scratched =____=

Relationships suck.

I say this in a fit of pseudo anger. Am going through a bit of a rough patch with tora and am trying to work through some tricky bits. I think things will get better once communication gets worked out good and proper.

Love can be such a tricky thing. It's such a test of will. It's easy to love someone when that someone has been nice to you and is always thinking of you but what happens after that honeymoon period passes? Can you still love that person? It becomes a case of having to will yourself to love that person, flaws and all.

I visited St. Nicks today and bumped into a small number of teachers. Namely those in the English sector; Ms Chua, Mr Wong, Ms Jeya etc. And Mr Foo who said he might invite me to the school to give a talk on animatoin when I'm older. -_-;;

The canteen's changed; new big yellow signboards proudly proclaming the food available and the pricings. The Malay stall has been shifted to the front. Other than that, it seems not much else has changed. Forgive the glaring yellow and brick red coats of paint, yes? And the ice-cream bar coloured canteen.

I'm going to find my fluffykins.

you know when foc ( freshman orientation camp) was so fun, you'd expect the schools orientation camp you be just as fun. sadly, it was a totaly flop.

day one i was sick so i didn't turn up. day two i went there, sat around a bit while waiting to find out which group i was in. ends up i'm in a group called citrus.

the people there were extremely friendly. much friendlier than those in foc. sadly, the camp was so utterly boring. we completely did NOTHING whatsoever (mostly thanks to wet weather, and no wet weather plan) the highlight of the day (at least, in my opinion) was this video screening while it was raining outside of some stand up comedianne called russell something. it was damn funny. other than that, and getting my matrix card, it was useless.

orientation camps should either be fun, or informative, and the best is both. this camp was neither. and i'm not going for the rest of the week.

thanks for all the well wishiness guys. i'm feeling much better. my fever is GONE! it like, POOF! disappeared overnight. ain't that swell? still have the cough, runny nose, sore throat and the rest of the rubbish though.

josh is in chiang mai for the weekend, and when he comes back i'll be in camp, so i won't be able to see or hear from him... until today. i can't believe he actually made a long distance call back here! i mean, it's not like him to waste that kind of money (it'll just be a day more for him to call me locally). i was SO shocked when i heard his voice. i'm so happy i cried. and i'm still crying now. i love my darling so.

waddya mean i'm always falling sick when you need me? it's not like i chose to fall sick. i'd rather not you know. then i can attend my camp fully. my ma says i only can go on the first day to take my matriculation card and that's it. so i can't go for the dance/party night at sentosa and stay over there! how sad is that!?
